As part of the Forum of Innovative Financial Technologies FINOPOLIS business programme, a dialogue between Laurent Nizri, founder and CEO of Paris Fintech Forum, and Elvira Nabiullina, Governor of the Bank of Russia, will be held. 

Laurent Nizri is a French entrepreneur, an international expert in digital and mobile payments, banking and financial technologies. He specializes in strategizing, business development and innovation.

In 2015, Mr. Nizri founded the Paris Fintech Forum, which today is the main international event in the field of digital finance and financial technologies in Europe.

Laurent Nizri participated in the launch of Europe’s first online bank. He provides support for telecommunications and insurance companies, banks and startups in identifying strategies and products, opening new businesses and managing large international projects in telecommunications, payments and digital finance.
