Participant materials

Participant materials can be collected either in person (upon presentation of a badge) or by power of attorney.

The authorized third party must present:

• Authorized third party’s passport
• An original copy of a standard power of attorney*
• The badges of all participants whose materials will be collected by the third party

An authorized third party may collect participant materials only if they themselves have a badge with access to the territory of the event venue.
