Igor has been working in IT-industry for more than 18 years. He managed over 40 projects on creating information systems. Before moving to the Distributed Ledger Systems, he worked as the commercial director of Waves Enterprise – the developer of the blockchain platform of the same name. And even earlier – for seven years he held executive positions in the NEOLANT group of companies, that offers engineering and IT-solutions in support of plant management for nuclear and power generation industries. Shri T. Rabi Sankar, a career central banker joined the Bank in 1990 and has worked in various positions in Reserve Bank of India. Maksut Shadayev was born in 1979. From 1999 to 2004 he held senior positions in the companies engaged in ICTs. He began his career in IBS Group Holding where he headed the Division of Business Development and then worked as the Executive Director of Business Development.
In 2004 he was appointed Advisor to the Minister of Information Technologies and Communications of the Russian Federation later taking the office of the Director General of the Department of State Programs, Infrastructure Development and Usage of Limited Resource.
