Accreditation of participants, maintenance and technical personnel is provided in the
presence of a vaccination certificate or a negative PCR test or ICA (immuno-chromatographic analysis, aka express test) valid no more than 48 hours. Scans of the relevant certificates must be uploaded to the
Personal Account when applying for accreditation and
no later than 24 hours prior to the visit.
The organizer reserves the right to demand the original vaccination certificate or PCR /ICA certificates.
Thermometry is organized at the entrance. If a temperature is detected, accreditation will be blocked, and the participant will be isolated.
If the validity period of the PCR / ICA test expires during the event, you must attach a new test result to your
Personal Account. Otherwise, the badge is considered invalid and admission to the event will be prohibited.
All Forum participants, guests, service and technical personnel
are required to have a
passport and a compulsory medical insurance policy.
All Forum participants and partners have an opportunity to undergo free
PCR / ICA testing before and during the Forum.
Free PCR/ICA testing is not available for technical and maintenance personnel.
This requires mandatory registration in the
Personal Account. Testing is made only if the passport data coincides with the data in the
Personal Account at the testing points.
The addresses of the free testing points will be provided by the operator additionally.
For foreign participants.
Foreign citizens (before traveling across EurAsEC countries) need to download the application
https://www.mid.ru/bezcovid.
When crossing the Russian border, show a negative PCR test for COVID-19 using the "Travel without COVID-19" mobile application. The test must be done no earlier than three days prior to arrival in Russia. These requirements do not apply to children under 14 (inclusive).
All guests checking into the hotel must provide one of the following documents:
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (QR code) or Vaccine 1st component certificate and PCR test;
- Negative result of PCR test and consent to vaccination within 3 days;
- A medical document about a disease caused by a coronavirus infection, suffered over the past 6 months (QR code);
- Certificate of medical exemption and negative result of PCR test.
