ACCREDITATION BADGE

To access the FINOPOLIS 2021/22 venue and event locations for the cultural and sporting programmes, all participants must have an accreditation badge.

To avoid any inconvenience when accessing the venue, participants are advised to leave any items prohibited at the FINOPOLIS 2021/22 venue at their accommodation or in their vehicle.

Participants should keep their badge and ID with them at all times during the Forum. А badge is the only document confirming accreditation as a Forum participant.

Accreditation badges are issued to specific individuals and are not transferable.

Before collecting a badge, we ask participants to ensure that:

  1. Participation in the Forum is confirmed via the personal web office

  2. Personal information provided in the personal web office corresponds to your ID (passport)

Please note that payment of the participation fee on time and in full is a prerequisite to receiving a participation badge and gaining access to the FINOPOLIS 2021/22 venue.

HOW TO COLLECT A BADGE

Participant accreditation badges may be collected in person (upon presenting the form of ID indicated in the personal web office) or by a third party acting on the basis of a power of attorney.

Before issuing a badge, an accreditation point attendant will make sure that the data specified in the personal web office corresponds to the personal ID. In the event of any discrepancies, it will not be possible to issue a badge on the same day.

BADGE COLLECTION BY A THIRD PARTY

If a participant’s badge is being collected by a third party using a power of attorney, the authorized person must present:

ACCREDITATION POINT OPERATING HOURS

The work schedule of FINOPOLIS accreditation points 2021/22 is being updated.

BADGE REPLACEMENT

If your badge has been lost or damaged, please immediately inform an administrator at any accreditation point or Help Desk, or call the FINOPOLIS 2021/22 information centre. The lost badge will then be blocked, and a duplicate badge will be issued to the holder upon written request.
