The discussion brought the participants of the section to the following conclusions.
Firstly, retailers are in fact reluctant to cooperate with banks, since they would like to serve customers by themselves. All they need from banks is a requisite infrastructure.
Secondly, a comprehensive system should be implemented, since the customer is looking for a convenient office and wants to get financial services near to their place of residence.
Another important issue is that the customer seeks to get positive emotions from a bank or a retailer. If the expectations are satisfied, the customer will join and stay with the bank, its social service network or department store for long.
"And most importantly, China, Russia and other countries adhere to similar principles," said Bulad Subanov, the section moderator, the Board Chairman of "Russian International Bank" JSC.
