Items to be prohibited from being brought to the FINOPOLIS-2024 venue

1. Explosives and their components, explosive devices and items to be filled with them.

2. Weapons of any type, including firearms, pneumatic, gas, cold, throwing, ammunition of any type, components of weapons, as well as special equipment.

3. Piercing or cutting items, knives, as well as other items to be used as weapons.

4. Devices and products, including homemade ones, which are not pyrotechnics, used for scattering, spraying various materials and substances (including pneumatic flaps), and other substances, products, items, including homemade ones, the use of which may lead to injury, ignition or smoke blanketing.

5. Any items that superficially resemble prohibited items or their copies and analogues.

6. Technical devices that might prevent holding the Forum events.

7. Unmanned aerial vehicles of any maximum take-off weight and unmanned devices capable of moving on land, on water and under water.

8. Aerosol spray cans, compressed and liquefied gases
   Pocket lighters, cosmetic products (toilet water, perfumes, etc.).

9. Flammable and pyrotechnic substances or products, including signal rockets, flares, firecrackers and items (chemical materials) that might be used for making pyrotechnic products or smokes.
   Exception: matches.

10. Flammable solids, as well as flammable and combustible liquids, flammable gases.

11. Oxidizing substances and organic peroxides.

12. Toxic substances, radioactive materials and corrosive substances.

13. Poisonous, toxic and pungent-smelling substances.

14. Narcotic, psychotropic substances, their precursors, including those in the form of medicines, as well as medical syringes and needles for injection.
    Exception: injectable drugs, medical syringes and needles upon presentation of medical documents on the need for their use.

15. Any granular substances, regardless of volume.
    Approved medicines in the form of granular substances.

16. Alcoholic beverages.

17. Camouflage or items that impend identification.
    Exception: personal respiratory protection equipment (medical masks, respirators).

18. Body protection items:
    - bulletproof vests;
    - corsets (except those for medical reasons).

19. Any animals.
    Exception: guide dogs with their passport and their veterinary document filled out.

20. Glass and metal containers, bottles and cans.
    Exception: transparent plastic containers for food products, with a volume of up to 1.5 liters, containers with cosmetics.

21. Bulky items, the sum of three dimensions of which
    exceeds 150 cm in length, width and height.

22. Flags and banners larger than 2x1.5 m.
    Exception: flags up to 2x1.5 m, made of only non-flammable materials.

23. Shafts for flags or posters of any type.
    Exception: flexible plastic or double shafts (up to 1 m in length).

24. Materials of extremist, offensive
    or discriminatory nature, containing Nazi attributes or symbols, or attributes or symbols of extremist organizations, or aimed at discrimination of any kind against a country, a person or a group of persons because of race, skin colour, ethnic, national or social origin and status, place of birth, financial condition or other status, gender, disability, language, religion, political or other beliefs, or for any other reason, including, but not limited to, banners, flags, symbols and attributes, leaflets, clothing.

25. Advertising materials of any kind, printed materials of religious, political or offensive content, or content contrary to public order and/or morality (including banners, placards, posters, signs and their analogues)
    Exception: religious books for personal use.

26. Other hazardous substances and items,
    as well as those prohibited for circulation in the territory of the Russian Federation.
