According to the Regulations on the competition, while considering applications, preference will be given to projects offering innovative solutions on the following topics:

• remote identification of clients of financial market participants and management of digital identity;
• use of distributed registry technologies in financial products (services);
• formation of high-tech retail payment space;
• use of open APIs to expand the range of products (services) for participants in the financial market and their customers.

Acceptance of applications will last until September 17, 2017, after that the competitive commission will select the 12 most promising projects from the market point of view. The finalists will have the opportunity to present their project at Finopolis-2017, the largest event in the field of financial technologies in Russia, to be held October 4-6 in Sochi. In the same place, the winners of the contest will be determined who will receive grants in the amount of 1 to 3 million rubles.
