The briefing, where Sergey A. Shvetsov, First Deputy Governor of the Bank of Russia, co-chairman of the Steering Committee, acted as moderator, was attended by representatives of the Bank of Russia, federal ministries and bodies of the Russian Federation, the banking community and business circles. The Briefing participants approved the final Forum agenda.
