Badge collection


To access the FINOPOLIS 2019 venue and event locations for the cultural and sporting programmes, all participants must have an accreditation badge.

To avoid any inconvenience when accessing the venue, participants are advised to leave any items prohibited at the FINOPOLIS 2019 venue at their accommodation or in their vehicle.

Participants should keep their badge and ID with them at all times during the Forum. А badge is the only document confirming accreditation as a Forum participant.

Accreditation badges are issued to specific individuals and are not transferable.

Before collecting a badge, we ask participants to ensure that:

  1. Participation in the Forum is confirmed via the personal web office
  2. Personal information provided in the personal web office corresponds to your ID (passport)
  3. A badge photo has been uploaded via the personal web office *
  4. Participation fees have been paid

* Colour photo against a light background, 480×640 pixel photo size, jpeg or jpg file format, full-face photo with no headgear, with the image taking up at least 70% of the photo.

Please note that payment of the participation fee on time and in full is a prerequisite to receiving a participation badge and gaining access to the FINOPOLIS 2019 venue.

How to find out if your badge is ready

** The contact information can be found in the personal web office . The contact person’s details can be confirmed by calling the Forum information centre.

How to collect a badge

Participant accreditation badges may be collected in person (upon presenting the form of ID indicated in the personal web office) or by a third party acting on the basis of a power of attorney.

Before issuing a badge, an accreditation point attendant will make sure that the data specified in the personal web office corresponds to the personal ID. In the event of any discrepancies, it will not be possible to issue a badge on the same day.


If a participant’s badge is being collected by a third party using a power of attorney, the authorized person must present:

Biometric identification

FINOPOLIS participants can collect their badges at self-accreditation stands using biometric accreditation technology based on face or palm vein pattern recognition. Both methods are absolutely harmless to users.

You can undergo the authentication procedure at the accreditation stands in checkpoint 1 at the entrance to the Main Media Centre, in the Radisson Blu Resort & Congress Centre, and in the Omega Sirius Park hotels.

Moreover, FINOPOLIS 2019 participants will be able to take advantage of a new way to access the Forum venue through FastTrack using the biometric authentication technique. The FastTrack is located at checkpoint 1.

To access the Forum venue, you must bring your accreditation badge with you. You will not be allowed to access the Forum venue without your badge, even if you undergo biometric authentication.

If your badge has been lost or damaged, please immediately inform an administrator at any accreditation point or Help Desk, or call the FINOPOLIS 2019 information centre. The lost badge will then be blocked, and a duplicate badge will be issued to the holder upon written request.
