Petr Aven served as President of Alfa-Bank from 1994 to June 2011. He was responsible for the Bank’s overall strategy and for relations with business and government leaders in Russia and abroad.

Prior to joining the Bank, Petr Aven was Minister of Foreign Economic Relations for the Russian Federation from 1991–1992 and served as Russia’s representative to the G-7.

Aven spent several years at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis in Laxenburg, Austria (1989–1991) and prior to that he was a senior researcher at the All-Union Institute for Systems Studies at the USSR Academy of Sciences.

Aven holds a Ph. D. in Economics from Moscow State University (1980).

Petr Aven is a Member of the Supervisory Board of Consortium «Alfa-Group»; Chairman of the Board of Directors of AlfaStrakhovanie.

He is a member of the Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs; member of the Presidium of «Russian International Affairs Council» (RIAC).

He is also a Board member of the Russian Economic School; Member of the Board of Trustees of Lomonosov Moscow State University. Member of President’s Council on International Activities of Yale University (USA).

Member of the Board of Trustees of the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts and member of the Board of Trustees of the Russian Geographical Society; Trustee of the Royal Academy of Arts (Great Britain).

He is a professor at State University — Higher School of Economics. Honorary Doctor (Dr.h.c.) of the University of Latvia. Petr Aven is the author of numerous scientific papers and articles on Economic and Trade Issues. Aven often lectures on economic developments in Russia.

He was awarded the Russian Federation Order of Honor and Latvian Order of the Three Stars.

Petr Aven is a passionate supporter of the arts and theatre in Russia, and is a major collector of early twentieth century Russian Art.

In 2004, Tatyana founded the Wildberries online store from scratch, with a total audience of 92 million customers, the online retailer operates in 17 countries around the world. About 3 million orders are processed daily on Wildberries.

The online platform sells about 200,000 Russian and international brands: from clothing, toys, beauty products, baby food to household appliances and electronics. Wildberries are supplied by 450,000 Russian entrepreneurs and companies, of which over 90% are small businesses. 50% of goods are manufactured in Russia.

Wildberries turnover for 9 months of 2021 grew by 89% year-on-year and reached 538.9 billion rubles. The estimated value of the business, according to Forbes analysts, is $ 13.6 billion.

Wildberries is ranked 2nd in the Forbes rating of the 30 most valuable companies on the Runet. For five years in a row Wildberries has been the largest online store in Russia in terms of online sales, according to data from the Data Insight analytical agency. Ranked 4th in terms of sales among all retailers in the country.

In 2018, Tatyana became the winner of the Veuve Clicquot Business Woman Award and the RBC Entrepreneur of the Year award. In 2019, she was included in the Forbes rating of 15 Businessmen Who Changed Their Ideas of Russia, and in 2020 she took first place in the Women-CEO rating by RBC.

In 1998-1999 continued his studies and received MBA degree at Imperial College Management School in London. In 2003 became a Candidate of Economic Sciences.

In 1994-2003, together with partners, participated during the creation of two innovative startups: one of the leading translation agencies with elements of machine translation technology, and the first direct mail marketing agency in Russia, which turned into a successful BTL operator in 10 years. Georgiy was a co-founder responsible for the strategy and business development of the company, as well as for the successful sale of the company to a group of international investors.

Since 2004 worked at CJSC Russian Standard Bank in a position of Senior Vice President, Marketing Department Director and guided the entire range of issues related to the development and promotion of new retail products.

Since October 2007 Georgiy Gorshkov has worked in the VTB Group, being a member of the Board of VTB24, and also took a direct part into two financial startups – the creation of Leto Bank and the creation of Pochta Bank.

In 2021 Georgiy Gorshkov was appointed as CEO of Tyumen-Polis Insurance Company LLC. As of December 2021 Georgiy Gorshkov owns 55% of the company's shares, another 45% belongs to Kordex LLC, a subsidiary of VTB Bank.

Georgiy Gorshkov worked on the supervisory boards and boards of directors of Rosbank, Multicarta processing company, VTB Insurance Company, VTB non-state pension fund. In February 2021, Ramesh was quoted in an article by Thomas Friedman in the New York Times. Mr Friedman echoed Ramesh's suggestion that America urgently needs to adopt a digital bill of rights that "strikes the right balance between free speech and algorithms that spread hate speech and blatantly false information from unrecognized sources."

Nikolai Vasev was born on July 20, 1981, in Perm in a family of engineers.

In 1998, Nikolai graduated from high school and entered Perm State Technical University at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, specializing in systems engineering. In his second year at the University, he started working as an engineer at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering.

From 2003 to 2010 Nikolai was employed with SUN InBev company, where he grew from a business development specialist up to a national distributor manager.

2010-2011 — Head of the direct sales project in VipmelCom, Kazakhstan.

2011 — National Distributor Manager at Nestlé.

2011-2018 — Head of the Corporate Business in Sberbank.

During this period Nikolai oversaw creating an Online Partner System for the Bank's real estate partners, arranged the entire scope of interaction with partners, and a partnership vertical for interacting with developers and real estate agencies throughout Russia.

Since 2015 Nikolai has held the position of the CEO of Sberbank's subsidiary — Sberbank Real Estate Center, which operates under the Domclick brand.

The project is aimed at creating a technological service allowing quick and safe online real estate transactions. After 2 years of Nikolai’s management the company paid off the investments and showed profitability.

Since 2016 — Head of the mortgage business of Sberbank.
The work of mortgage lending managers has been completely reformatted and automated. A CRM system has been developed and implemented.

In addition to the main Domсlick service, the services of Electronic Registration, Secure Settlement, and Price Analysis were created for purchasing Sberbank-mortgaged real estate, which services were used by over 2 million customers. Domсlick was the first in Russia to implement approval of a real estate object by an online bank. As of now, Domсlick is in the top 3 real estate sites in Russia.

In 2018, Nikolai graduated from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.

In 2019, under the leadership of Nikolai, Domсlick became a service for solving the entire scope of real estate issues and entered the top of the most visited real estate resources in Russia.

In October 2020, Nikolai Vasev was awarded the title of Vice President of Sberbank.

Vladimir Verkhoshinskiy - Chief Executive Officer of Alfa-Bank, Member of the Board of Directors of Alfa Group

Mr. Verkhoshinskiy was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Alfa-Bank on August 1, 2018.

Prior to that Mr. Verkhoshinskiy held various positions at VTB Group. From 2009 to 2011 Mr. Verkhoshinskiy worked at VTB Bank as Vice President and Head of Corporate Development and Strategy Department. In January 2012 Mr. Verkhoshinskiy joined Bank of Moscow where he held the position of Deputy President and -Chairman of the Management Board being responsible for development of retail and small business, mortgage lending and private banking services. In May 2016, due to the merger of VTB Bank and Bank of Moscow, Mr. Verkhoshinskiy transferred back to VTB Bank as Head of Retail Business being Member of VTB Bank Management Board.
Mr. Verkhoshinskiy also worked at Citibank (Moscow), VR Capital investment fund and McKinsey&Co.

Mr. Verkhoshinskiy graduated with honors from the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation and holds a Master of Business Administration and a Public Management Program degrees from Stanford University (USA).

Aleksey Voylukov was born on December 22, 1974 in Krasnoyarsk.

He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys in 1997 and the State University of Management in 2000 with a degree in Financial Management.

In 2008, he completed his MBA program with the "Strategic Corporate Reengineering and Financial Management" specialization at the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics.

In 2009, he passed the professional retraining under the "Bank Top Manager" program at the Russian Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Aleksey Voylukov worked in the Bank of Russia corporate system from 1998 to 2017. He started his career as a first category economist, then worked as a leading economist, chief economist, head of the Consolidated and Analytical Work Department, deputy head of the Consolidated Economic Department.

Since 2008, he worked as a managing director of the office No. 1 of the Moscow Main Territorial Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

In June 2011, he was transferred to the position of the Head of the Krasnodar Regional Division of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. From May 2014 to August 2015, he headed the Southern Main Branch of the Bank of Russia.

From September 2015 to October 2017: Deputy Director of the Cash Circulation Department of the Bank of Russia.

Since November 2017: Vice President of the Association of Banks of Russia.

Oleg Vyugin - Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Moscow Exchange, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SFI, member of the Board of Directors of Unipro, Professor in the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the HSE University.

Holds positions in the governing bodies of NAUFOR (Chairman of the Board of Directors), the Center for Strategic Research Foundation (member of the Foundation Board), and the National Council for Corporate Governance (member of the Presidium).

During his career, Mr. Viyugin held a variety of senior positions in government and the private sector, including First Deputy Finance Minister, First Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Russia, Head of the Federal Financial Markets Service, Executive Vice President at Troika Dialog Investment Company, Senior Advisor for Russia and CIS at Morgan Stanley Bank, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at MDM Bank. 

He graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics. He holds a PhD in Physics and Mathematics.  Author of more than 20 research papers and publications on the theory of probability and macroeconomic modelling. Holds the title of Honoured Economist of the Russian Federation.

In 2002 graduated from the Physics Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Until 2009 worked in commercial companies.

Since 2009 - Department of the Development of the Digital Governance Infrastructure of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.

Since 2012 - Presidential Directorate for the Development of Information and Communication Technology and Communication Infrastructure.

On May 19, 2020 he was appointed Deputy Head of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications (Roskomnadzor).

In the position of Deputy Head of Roskomnadzor, he oversees the Department of the protection the Rights of personal data subjects.
